    How to Sign Up for the Automated Telephone Teller

    You will need your full account numbers to access the ATT Line. Find out your account numbers by calling our call center or visiting a branch.

    1. Dial 907-459-5959, or toll free (800) 459-5967
    2. Enter your savings or checking account number when prompted
      NOTE: Please do not use your member number
    3. Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number (PIN)
    4. Change your PIN

    Once you are signed up, you can transfer money, make balance inquiries, hear your last transaction or pay a credit card.

    Additional Information

    ATT Line stores and relays transaction history for the previous 30 days only. For further history access your account via e-Teller.

    • Is there a cost to access my account through the Automated Telephone Teller (ATT)?

      Not at all. The ATT line is free to use for our members.

    • What hours is the ATT line available?

      You can access the ATT line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    • Do I need to sign up?

      Yes, you will sign up to use the system right away after you call in.
