ATM Project Update

We are excited to announce that our ATM upgrade project is almost complete and that all branches and kiosk ATMs are now functional with brand new machines. Our team has worked diligently to replace and upgrade each ATM, ensuring that they are equipped with the latest technology to better serve you.

New ATM Features

  • Bill mix: Choose how you get your cash back with $1, $5, $20, $100 bills

What is an ITM?  

In the coming months, these new machines will transition from ATMs to ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines). The ITMs will have all the same functionality as an ATM but will give you the option to speak to a live person on the screen if you need additional assistance or have more complex banking tasks.

New spaces have been designed in the Gillam and Geist branches to provide more privacy for ITM use. Both spaces will have glass enclosures to create physical space and sound dampening for your private banking conversations between you and the on-screen teller.
